Clocktree
Clocktree is a secure online health communication service that allows users to collect all of their medical activity into one place. Users can create and track appointments, look up their medical records and prescriptions, and even video chat directly with their healthcare providers.
New forms of health communication put patients in charge of their own care. Easy access to documents can enhance the health experience for individuals and families across the globe. To build on this story, I was contracted to create an identity system for the parent company Clocktree Systems and design a website that would convey the company's mission beyond just a software tool.
BRAND IDENTITY
The software had an established set of visuals, including a logo and wordmark, signature color, and UI. For the wider identity, I wanted to show the vision beyond the software, highlighting the possibilities that could be opened in the healthcare world.
A new identity system included a variation on the logo and wordmark, an extended set of colors, and guidelines for typography, iconography, and illustration to help consistently tell their story on company wide assets. The guide included instructions and examples for how to use the brand guide moving forward.

ILLUSTRATION
The existing site had an illustration of a woman at a computer with connection to a web of data bubbles. The illustration was inspiring because it added a personable and friendly feeling to what could otherwise have been a very clinical digital experience.
I created an additional cast of characters that could be used to tell stories throughout the site in order to convey the company vision.
WEBSITE
The web design combined illustration and brand to create a friendly experience of learning more about health communication and what it means for you and your family.
